Recording, analyzing, manipulating and modeling large-scale neural activity
We are a neural circuits research group at the Brain & Cognitive Science at DGIST. Our aim is to explore and understand how neural circuit dynamics are guided to complex behaviors with multiple sensory responds, reward-seeking, anxiety and social interaction.
Our group employs a multi-disciplinary approach such as large-scale in-vivo electrophysiology, optogenetics, chemogenetics, fiber photometry, imaging, and pharmacological techniques. We are developing novel neural tools to solve technical issues and to answer scientific questions in neurobiological basis.
