오브젝트에 대한 가소성 측정 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 오브젝트에 대한 가소성 측정 장치는 오브젝트와 관련된 전극 신호로부터 스파이크(spike) 신호를 검출하고, 상기 검출된 스파이크 신호를 타임 슬롯별로 구분하여 스택(stack)부에 저장하는 검출부와, 상기 스택부로부터 타임 슬롯별 스파이크 신호를 획득하여, 스파이크 신호 매트릭스(matrix)를 구성하고, 상기 스파이크 신호 매트릭스를 분석한 결과에 기초하여, 상기 오브젝트에 대한 가소성을 판단하는 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다.
