본 발명은 편광판과 구조색 칼라 필터가 일체화된 구조 및 액정을 이용하여 가변적인 컬러가 발현되는 셔터 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구조색 칼라 필터를 이용한 색 가변 광학 셔터 장치는 배열 상태에 따라 편광 특성을 변화시키는 액정과, 전압 인가에 따라 액정의 배열을 가변시키는 전극 및 편광 특성에 따라 칼라가 가변적으로 선택되어 발현되는 구조색 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
