- Abstract

본 발명은 촉각 센서 모듈에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 촉각 센서 모듈은 자극이 가해지는 자극면을 구비하고, 플렉서블(flexible)한 소재로 마련되는 탄성체; 상기 탄성체에 수용되며, 상기 자극면에 가해지는 자극에 의하여 상기 탄성체의 부피변화시 전기신호를 발생시키는 복수 개의 압전박막부; 상기 압전박막부로부터 발생하는 전기신호를 제공받아 상기 탄성체에 가해지는 자극을 산출하는 자극 산출부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 외부에서 가해지는 다양한 종류의 자극을 분류하여 검출할 수 있는 촉각 센서 모듈이 제공된다.
