The Cyber-Physical Systems Integration Lab conducts in-depth research on cyber-physical systems (CPS) centered on robots × computing. CPS refers to an intelligent system that recognizes the surrounding situation on its own and immediately adjusts its actions by combining physical devices such as robots and sensors with software algorithms that analyze and control them. CPS is a field that organically integrates computer engineering, electronic engineering, and artificial intelligence, and leads to new technological innovations through interdisciplinary synergy.
